Bektutiye (Çınarlı) Mosque

 This mosque is located on Uzunoluk Street. Evliya Çelebi wrote about this mosque in his travel journal, Seyahatnamesi. Bektutiye Mosque underwent repairs in 1794 and in 1840. The mosque was later called Çınarlı Mosque because of the sycamore trees located in the garden. The mosque and minaret have been able to survive with its original design and features up to this day. The tomb of Sütçü Imam, who fired the first bullet in the Liberation of Maras, is also in the garden of this mosque.
